Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement is between you (the "Creator") and the company that operates FansBless, named in our Terms of Service ("FansBless", "we", "us"). It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • You are listed on FansBless only because you signed up yourself. Your signup and acceptance of this Agreement is your consent to appear on the public leaderboard.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You can stop being listed at any time by deleting your account from Settings.

2. Identity and account ownership

  • You must verify your identity with a valid ID document (masked Aadhaar, PAN or driving licence) and prove that you own the social accounts you link, using your unique verification code.
  • You confirm that you are the real person or channel owner behind every linked account. Impersonating someone, or linking an account you don't own, leads to immediate removal.
  • The same social account can't be linked to two FansBless creators, and the same ID can't be used for two creator accounts.
  • Newly added or changed social accounts appear publicly only after we verify them.
  • Follower counts you enter are self-reported and must be honest.

3. Payments

  • Fans pay FansBless for its leaderboard promotion service. That money is FansBless's revenue. It is not money held for you, a donation to you, or a payment from the fan to you.
  • FansBless does not currently pay creators. There is no revenue share, commission, payout or other payment to creators, and nothing in this Agreement entitles you to one.
  • If we ever offer paid arrangements to creators, they will be discussed and agreed with you separately, in writing, before they apply.

4. Payout details

We do not ask for your bank account, UPI ID or PAN for payouts, because no payouts are made.

5. Your taxes and disclosures

  • You are responsible for your own income tax, GST (if applicable) and any other taxes on any income you make as a creator.
  • You must follow the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising and any applicable law when you promote FansBless or your FansBless profile, including clearly disclosing any material connection with FansBless (for example, "#ad" or "#collab" if FansBless pays you to promote it).

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • support yourself, or fund others (friends, family, agencies, bots) to support you, to manipulate your ranking;
  • use fake accounts, automated or scripted payments, or any trick to inflate your total;
  • offer fans money, prizes, giveaways, lucky draws, cashback or anything of monetary value in return for supporting you on FansBless;
  • describe supports as betting, gambling, investment or a way to "win" or "earn" money;
  • post content that breaks our Community Guidelines.

We automatically block creators' own payments and flag suspicious patterns for review.

7. Suspension, termination and forfeiture

  • We may suspend or remove you from the leaderboard at any time if you break this Agreement, the Terms or the law, or if required by law.
  • If we find fraud or ranking manipulation, we may remove you from the leaderboard and refund affected supports.
  • You can terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account.

8. Licence to use your profile

You allow FansBless to show your display name, handle, photo, bio, linked profiles, rank and totals on the Service and in share images and promotional material about FansBless, while you are listed.

9. No employment

You are an independent creator. Nothing in this Agreement makes you an employee, partner or agent of FansBless.

10. Law and courts

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.
